All reservations can be made for any duration up to 1 hour prior to the start of the requested time.
All rentals are subject to availability. All new reservations must be made online using a valid Credit/Debit Card or Gift Card purchased from ActionSportRentals.com.
If you possess a sailing card or voucher, we will refund the difference back to your card on the presentation of the Sailing Card/Voucher. Please read our Cancellation/Refund Policy for more information.
24hr Cancellation Policy
Action Sport Rentals has a 24hr cancellation policy for any and all rental equipment. To receive a complete refund, we require at least a 24-hour notice. The sole exception is if we close due to weather, in which case a full refund will be made.
Our Party Deck Charter and Skipper sails require at least 1 week for a full refund. To receive a full refund we must have a notice at least 7 days prior to the start of the charter or skipper lesson. The sole exception is if we close due to weather, in which case a full refund will be made.
Please note that refunds typically take 7 bank days but can take up to 15 days depending on various circumstances. If you presented your email at the time of reserving you will receive an email from us with more information regarding the refund process and time.
